Daily Signal Key is a public research artifact: signals are sealed before events, revealed after settlement, and kept in an archive whether the result is positive or negative.

1. Research Product
DataCores.ai is a quantitative research and publication project. Daily Signal Key, Signal Archive, Lab Notes, Discord posts, snapshot files, and related materials are provided for informational and research purposes only.
2. No Advice
Nothing we publish is financial, legal, investment, betting, gambling, or tax advice. We do not tell anyone what to stake, where to stake, or whether to participate in any market. You are responsible for your own decisions.
3. No Guaranteed Outcomes
Sports outcomes are uncertain. Past keys, live behavior, archived performance, research observations, and model output do not guarantee future results. Positive and negative keys remain part of the public archive.
4. Signal Key Record
Signal Key cells are designed to be sealed before event start, updated through live state when data is available, revealed after settlement, and archived with result audit data. A key cell can be sealed, live, worked, against, void, or awaiting resolution.
5. Delays And Corrections
Live display can be delayed by provider outages, postponed events, suspended events, abandoned events, score corrections, settlement corrections, or local dataset refresh timing. A delayed cell is not a changed signal.
6. Timestamp Status
Snapshot files may be timestamped with OpenTimestamps. A calendar proof can exist before a Bitcoin block attestation is confirmed. We label these states separately: timestamp pending, timestamped, and verified.
7. Public And Private Layers
The public layer includes key cells, sealed commitments, timestamp files, revealed signal snapshots, archive records, result audits, and selected Lab Notes. Private research code, contour internals, unpublished candidates, infrastructure paths, and experimental logs are not part of the public product.
8. Discord Community
Discord is a community and publication channel for Signal Key updates, timestamp notices, result audits, release notes, and research notes. Discord posts do not override the archived key record on the site.
9. Responsible Use
Do not risk money you cannot afford to lose. If sports markets, betting, or trading are restricted in your jurisdiction, do not use our materials to bypass those restrictions.
10. Acceptable Use
Do not resell, repackage, impersonate, scrape for abuse, or redistribute our signal files, archive data, site assets, or Discord material as your own. Public references should credit DataCores.ai and preserve archive and timestamp context.
11. Privacy
DataCores.ai aims to collect as little personal information as possible. We do not sell personal data. Third-party services such as Discord, OpenTimestamps, hosting providers, analytics tools, and browser platforms may apply their own privacy policies.
12. Changes
We may update these terms as the product changes. The current public mechanism is Daily Signal Key: sealed signals, timestamped snapshots, live state, reveal after settlement, result audit, and archive.
